The warranty period without charge is 1 year from the
date of purchase.
* Battery Pack SH45, Back Cover SH78 and Desktop
Holder SH50 are not covered by the warranty.

For the purpose of improvement, the specifications for
this product and its accessories are subject to
complete or partial change without prior notice.

Information registered in your handset, such as
phonebook, may be lost or changed if your handset is
damaged, repaired or mishandled. It is recommended
that backup be kept of information such as phonebook.
* The handset allows you to save phonebook data etc.
to microSD Card.
* The handset allows you to back up data such as
phonebook entries by using docomo cloud.
After-Sales Services
1. The handset will be repaired without charge in
accordance with the terms of the warranty (DOCOMO
may replace your terminal with its equivalent).
2. Repairs may not be possible in the following
circumstances.
(1) Repairs for any malfunction or damage caused by
modifications (including software conversion).
(2) Repairs for malfunctions or damage due to
damage on the handset, display, or external
connector terminal caused by dropping or external
pressure. Or due to damage or deformation of the
internal circuit.
(3) Repairs for malfunctions or damage caused by a
fire, pollution, abnormal voltage, earthquake,
thunder, storm and flood damage, or other natural
disasters.
(4) Repairs for malfunctions caused by the use of
devices and consumable products other than
those specified by DOCOMO.
(5) For malfunctions or damage caused by water
getting inside the handset, when a reaction of the
water wet determination seal is found, when a sign
of submersion or wetting on the handset is found,
or corrosion by moisture condensate etc. is found.
(6) When the handset has been repaired at a repair
office other than those specified by DOCOMO.
3. This warranty is valid only in Japan.
4. This warranty refers to repairs offered free of charge
under the stated condition during the specified period,
and do not limit your legal rights.
5. If there are multiple malfunctions on an item, partial
repair is not available. Partial repairs cannot ensure
the product quality. For this reason, all of the
malfunctions are repaired before returning. Depending
on the items for repair, charges may be incurred.
