Phone does not turn on.
Answer:
Are you holding the
Power
key down? Continue pressing the
Power
key until the logo is
displayed.

Is the phone charged? Recharge the phone if not charged.
Question:
Phone turns off/does not turn on.
Answer:
If you continue using your phone while it is warm, a caution is displayed and your phone
turns off in 3 minutes. Exit any apps and turn off the screen to let the phone cool down.
Question:
Phone freezes/operation is unstable.
Answer:
If your phone freezes or you cannot operate it, you can force your phone to turn off. Press
and hold the
Power
key for 8 seconds or more.
Answer:
Release the
Power
key once your phone vibrates. Your phone turns off.
Question:
Operation is unstable after a new application was installed.
Answer:
The newly installed application may be the cause. Uninstall the application in Safe mode.

After turning the phone on in Safe mode, “Safe Mode” appears at lower left.

After restarting in Safe mode, your phone can be powered on as usual.

Before turning the phone on in Safe mode, it is recommended that you back up important
data.

By powering the phone on in Safe mode, added widgets may be deleted.
