Operation Guide
Power Connection
Connect to a suitable 220-240V ~50Hz power supply only. This
appliance is designed to operate safely across both New
Zealand and Australian power supplies safely.
Operation
Warning! Do not place hot liquids into the blender jar, allow jar
to cool first. Only blend warm liquids. Wash in warm water
only.
Always place the appliance on a level non-slippery stable
surface.
Place all ingredients into the glass mixing jug. Warning! Do
not exceed the maximum capacity of the jug (6 cups as
marked on jug).
Fit the lid to the top of the glass jug. Warning! Do not operate
this appliance without the lid in place.
Place the glass jug onto the appliance base. Note. The jug has
several safety location positions built into the base attachment.
The appliance will not operate unless the glass mixing jug is
fitted correctly and seated properly.
Commence mixing. It is advisable to start with setting 1 (Low
Speed) initially. You may use the pulse feature for short bursts.
Warning! Always operate the blender with liquid. When the
machine is finished mixing switch off the blender. Wait until the
motor has stopped completely before removing the glass jug.
Ice Crushing Function
This appliance is fitted with special blades that allow for ice
crushing capability. Warning! Use only smaller sized cubes, do
not attempt to crush large ice pieces.
Maximum Use
Do not use for periods longer than 3 minutes continuously.
Allow to cool completely before re-use.
Tips

Always dice solid foods first.

Do not use this appliance for meat preparation.

Do not use the glass jug to store foods.
Cleaning
Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply when
cleaning.
Do not use harsh abrasives, solvents or scouring material as
they may damage the plastics. Warning! Do not immerse the
main appliance in any liquid.
Wash the glass jar in warm soapy water. Dry with a dry towel.
Wipe the main unit clean with a hot damp cloth and dry with a
dry towel only.
