Securing the curtain
Once you are sure that the magnets track evenly over the rails or frame, apply sealant
along the top bar and anchor the magnets to the threshold spools at the floor.
To permanently secure the curtain:
1. Inside the housing, anchor through the top bar into the housing at 2 evenly
spaced points.
2. Apply a bead of silicone sealant along the top of the top bar and anchoring tab:
3. Position the threshold so it rests on the floor and against the rails or elevator
frame.
4. On each spool, find the point where the magnet on the spool meets the magnet
on the railing. Mark each spool 1/2” below the meeting point, as illustrated:
NOTE: Depending on the distance from
the housing to the floor, you may have
multiple wraps around the threshold
spools.
5. Roll the curtain up the railings or frame
until you see the mark you made in step
3.
6. At the mark, anchor the magnet to the
spool using the self drilling dry wall screw
(supplied). Repeat for other spool.

silicone top bar
NOTE: If the top bar
bows, you may need to
anchor it so it lies
flat enough to seal with
silicone.
NOTE: Sink the heads of the screws
so the screw head does not damage
the rolled magnet over time.
