Meaning

Press once briefly

Resets ORA11B via software and restarts it.

Hold for at least 3 seconds

Resets the hardware of ORA11B and restarts it.

Pressing it 3 times in quick succession 
within 2 seconds

Deletes all settings of ORA11B and resets the unit to the 
factory settings.
