Inspecting/replacing the friction lining, adjusting the slip torque
WARNING
Risk of crushing if the drive starts up unintentionally.
Severe or fatal injuries.
•
Before starting the work, de-energize the gearmotor and prevent it from starting
up unintentionally for example by locking the key switch or removing the fuses
from the current supply.
INFORMATION
It is only possible to check and adjust the slip torque accurately by using a torque
wrench with an appropriate connection piece.
The following tools and resources are required:

Standard tools

Spanner wrench
•
Hydraulic press
•
Mounting/dismantling tool
•
Torque wrench
