Return/repair

Information about how to proceed with repairs

The procedures for repairs under and out of warranty are identical.

If a defect exists in a module, then the module must be sent to SEW for repair. Please
contact the SEW customer service (see section “"Customer service" (



 9)“).

The 

following information is required

to guarantee fast repair:

•

Customer name/address

•

Designation of the system in which the assembly is installed

•

Name of a contact person (for poss. questions)

•

Module designation and serial number

•

Error  description  (which  defective  pattern  was  identified?  Under  which  cir-
