TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE:
Water mineral content and conditions may vary in different areas.
To ensure long life and continued steaming ability, never store it without cleaning
and removing remaining water from the reservoir and water container when not
in use.
PROBLEM

not heat up
No power or water
Plug it into the power
outlet or fill the reservoir
with water

Insufficient water
Turn ON/OFF switch to
OFF and refill water

Water sprays from
nozzle
Too much water over the
maximum line
Pour some water out until
the water level is under the
maximum line
Nozzle gurgles
Water drop near the nozzle

Hold the steamer vertically
and shake the body gently
to allow water to drain
back into reservoir
Intermittent steam
Sediment build-up in the
container
Follow the procedure in
removing mineral build-up
