Use these commands to define/inquire the string that will be transmitted in the RTCM v2.x
message 16. The argument
Message
can contain up to 90 characters.
Note that this command only defines the content of message 16. To make the receiver actu-
ally output this message, use the

commands.
Example
To send the string "Hello" in message 16 over COM2 at the default interval, use the following
sequence:
