Zone A
Bei dieser Betriebsart wird ein Schaltfenster für einen Schaltausgang so
eingestellt, dass sich die erfasste Oberfläche eines Objektes im Hintergrund
(Zwangsreflektor) ca. in der Mitte zwischen den Schaltpunkten Qn.1 und
Qn.2 befindet. Das Objekt im Hintergrund kann auch bewegt sein (z. B. ein
Förderband).
Das Gerät funktioniert jetzt wie eine Reflektionslichtschranke.
Im Bereich der Zone A werden alle Gegenstände erkannt (unabhängig vom
Reflektionsgrad oder evtl. spiegelnder Oberflächen, Ausnahme: transparente
Objekte).
With this mode, a scanning zone is set for a signal output so that the detected
surface of the background object (automatic reflector) is approx. midway bet-
ween switch points Qn. 1 and Qn. 2. The background object can also be moved
(e.g. a conveyor belt).
The device now virtually operates like a retro-reflective sensor.
All objects are detected in zone A (regardless of their degree of reflection or
possible reflective surfaces, exception: transparent objects).
Pour ce mode de fonctionnement, une fenêtre de commutation est réglée
de telle manière pour une sortie de commutation, que la surface détectée
d‘un objet en arrière-plan (réflecteur obligatoire) se trouve entre les points de
commutation Q1 et Q2. L‘objet en arrière-plan peut également être bougé (par
exemple sur un tapis).
L‘appareil fonctionne dorénavant pratiquement comme une barrière optique.
Dans le domaine de la zone A, tous les objets seront détectés (indépendam-
ment du degré de réflexion ou éventuellement de la surface réflechissante
