Preliminary Test
1. Prior to your first treatment, test
sensiMatch™ to find your preferred
settings to achieve best results while
maintaining maximum safety and comfort.
2. Preliminary test should be performed on
a small and less exposed area of skin. The
test will help you to determine:
a. Optimal treatment duration: please
carefully read the specific Adapt2U™
pad recommended treatment protocol
in this User Guide for the recommended
treatment duration as applicable.
b. Speed level: always start with speed
level 1. Increase to speed level 2 only
once comfortable and according to the
recommended treatment protocol.
c. Adapt2U™ pad's coarseness: always
start with the more delicate Adapt2U™
pad. Change to a coarser pad only
once comfortable and according to the
recommended treatment protocol.
d. Allow 24 hours to ensure a positive
reaction (no reaction is also a positive
reaction).
Examine your skin's reaction
1. If your skin hurts or burns during or
after treatment, you are using the
device incorrectly and should check the
following before continuing treatment:
A. You may be over-treating the same
area - do another test on a different
area. This time treat the area for shorter
period of time and glide the device faster.
B. You may be pressing too strongly
against your skin - try taking some
pressure off.
C. You may be using speed level that is
too high for that area - try reducing the
speed level.
D. You may be using a pad that is too
coarse - try switching to a gentle pad.
2. If you are satisfied with the preliminary
test results - remember the settings and
apply them for the full treatment.
