Ethernet Communications

An RJ-45 connector (

provides the Ethernet communications required for accessing the web inter

face via a web browser and for transmitting data over two TCP ports. The TCP ports support Modbus TCP and Modbus-

over-TCP protocols and can be configured individually (assigned to unique port numbers) using the web interface.
Section 4 describes two methods for using the Ethernet port to connect the Scanner 3300 to a PC or laptop.
