The code translator converts Pelco RS-422 camera control code to Sony Visca RS-232 code for a
single Sony camera.

Input Pelco "D" or "P" code at 2400, 4800 or 9600 baud is detected automatically.
Visca RS-232 output is selectable from 4800 baud to 38400 baud.

A test mode sends a continuous square movement pattern to the camera so the wiring and addressing
between the translator and the camera can be checked without a Pelco controller.
