Event Block RTC_SYNC: Time Synchronization Error Event
The Event Block RTC_SYNC output emit a pulse if there is a time synchronization error (by GPRS or by
ethernet channels). The output pulse go from FALSE to TRUE then return to FALSE.

Event Block DIN_ON: Not filtered Digital Input ON Event
The Event Block DIN_ON output is TRUE if the digital input is in alert state, otherwise is FALSE.
In this Event Block the Alert filter delay is always 0 (not filtered).
