Removing the oil seal housing, drive
shaft, and shift rod
1. Remove the cover 1 , oil seal housing
assembly 2 , and washer 3 .
2. Remove the O-ring 4 , plate 5 , O-ring
6 , washer 7 , and shift rod 8 .
3. Loosen the nut, and then remove the
drive shaft assembly
9 and pinion 0 .
4. Remove the forward gear assembly.

1. Remove the taper roller bearing

NOTICE: Do not press the drive shaft
