Reducing Power Consumption via Power Supply Control

B.2  

The available power supply controls are listed below.

V

D1

 regulator

•  Note that turning on internal voltage regulator heavy load protection will increase current consumption.
  Turn off heavy load protection for normal operations. Turn on only if operations are unstable.

lCD power supply circuit

•  Setting VCSEL to 0 (V

C1

 reference voltage) will increase current consumption.

  Set VCSEL to 1 (V

C2

 reference voltage) if the power supply voltage V

DD

 is 2.2 V or higher.

•  Turning on the LCD power supply heavy load protection will increase current consumption.
  Turn off heavy load protection for normal operations. Turn on only if the display is unstable.

Power supply voltage detection (SVD) circuit
