This  warranty  applies  to  a  person  implanted  with
an  Implant  (You).  This  warranty  is  provided  by
Second  Sight  Medical  Products,  Inc.  (Us,  We,  or
Our).

If an Argus II Implant stops working within 3 years
from  the  date  of  implant,  due  to  Our  not  making
the  Argus  II  Implant  within  specifications,  We  will
replace  Your  Implant.  This  warranty  is  limited  to
Implant  failures.  This  warranty  does  not  apply  to
failures  due  to  surgical  problems.    This  warranty
does  not  apply  to  failures  due  to  Your  medical
condition.  An Implant failure must be confirmed by
Us before it is explanted.
