INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE:
The air conditioner dimension is: 24
”W x 14”H x 18”D without front panel.
To ensure that the unit operates safely and
efficiently, it should be installed, operated, and maintained according to this installation and operating instructions and
all local codes and ordinances, or, in their absence, with the latest edition of the National Electrical Code. The proper
installation of this unit is described in the following sections. Following the steps in the order presented will ensure
proper installation.
All wall sleeves used to mount the new air conditioner must be in structurally sound and have a rear grille that securely
attaches to sleeve.
Wall sleeve (4230050) is not shipped with chassis
and must be purchased separately.
CAUTION
:
When installation is complete, replacement unit
MUST
have a rearward slope as shown.
