This Appendix shows the connector Pin-out of the PTC.
The view from the backside is
always displayed.
D.1
The power supply connector
The PTC can be powered from the coaxial low voltage socket, on the rear panel, where
the center conductor is positive, the outer conductor being connected to ground. The
center pin has a diameter of 2.1mm. The socket is designed for a plug with an outside
diameter of 5.5 mm.
Pin 1:
DCD - Output.
Pin 2:
TxD - Transmit data output. (to computer)
Pin 3:
RxD - Receive data input. (from computer)
Pin 4:
DTR - Input (RxD secondary serial port).
Pin 5:
Ground (GND).
Pin 6:
DSR - Output.
Pin 7:
CTS - Input.
Pin 8:
RTS - Output.
Pin 9:
RI - Output (TxD secondary serial port).
