Biomechanical Positioning
ISO Upright Mounting
1.
Release the clamp mechanism on the seat slider and move the seat forward or backward to set at comfortable position, then reset
the clamp on the slider to keep the seat in position.
2.
Pull outward on the yellow seat post height adjustment knob then pull the seat post up or down to a comfortable height. NOTE:
The seat post should be positioned so your legs have a slight bend at the knee at full extension when pedaling.
3.
Position yourself in the step-thru area between the main body of the machine and the front mast.
4.
Firmly grab the handlebar, then place one foot in the pedal with the foot strap over your foot and carefully lift yourself onto the
seat.
5.
Once on the seat, then place the other foot into the other pedal.
Initiating a Workout (ISO Upright)
1.
Position yourself comfortably on the bike and begin pedaling continuously to keep the console powered up.
NOTE:
The AC adapter may also be connected to the machine to keep the console continuously powered-up.
2.
Select the workout program preferred (see Console Program manual) and begin the workout.
ISO Upright Dismounting
1.
After completing the workout, grab the handlebar firmly with both hands.
2.
Remove one foot from the pedal, then carefully place it onto the ground in the step-thru area between the main body of the
machine and the front mast.
3.
Carefully remove the other foot from the other pedal, then release the handlebar.
