The startup screen opens and the system self-check is initiated. If an error occurs, then pump the mobile phase
for a while, and then turn the power button off and on.
Note:
If the power switch is turned off and on, then the HPLC system starts up.
Log on to the HPLC System
After the system starts, it prompts the user to log in.
Note:
The Login screen does not open if the
Password request to deactivate lock
option is set to be
invalid.

The default ID number is "0000". To change the login password, refer to

The Main Analysis screen opens.
Prepare the Mobile Phase and Rinse Solution
WARNING! Biohazard, Toxic Chemical Hazard. Do not use a cracked or
scratched bottle. The bottle might leak.
WARNING! Toxic Chemical Hazard. Install the waste container lower than the
instrument, for example, on the floor. If the container is higher than the instrument,
then the liquid does not drain and it leaks from the connections.
WARNING! Toxic Chemical Hazard. Do not use solutions of pH 9 or more. Mobile
phases above pH 9 might damage the system flow path and cause leaks.
