Introduction of SMG2000
The manual covers the following 3 models of SMG2000 Series
Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generators: SMG2042, SMG2082 and
SMG2122.
SCIENTIFIC‘s SMG2000 is a series of dual-channel function/arbitrary
waveform generators with specifications of up to 120MHz maximum
bandwidth,
1.2GSa/s sampling rate and 16-bit vertical resolution. The proprietary TrueArb
& EasyPulse techniques help to solve the weaknesses inherent in traditional
DDS generators when generating arbitrary, square and pulse waveforms.
Using these techniques the SMG2000 provides users with a variety of high
fidelity, low jitter signals in order to meet the growing requirements for a
multitude of complex applications.
