13.2 Setting Gravitational Acceleration Value
1.
To calibrate the force gauge using the navigation keys to select g [ m/s2 ] and press the Enter key.
2.
Use the navigation keys to key in the gravitational acceleration for the location area the force gauge is used in.
The g-value of a given location can be found on the web. (e.g. Wikipedia, local municipality site, etc.) If the g-
value cannot be obtained, the geographical coordinates can be entered to calculate the g-value automatically.
13.3 Using Geographical Location Coordinates
1.
To key in the Geographical Coordinates for the area the force gauge is used in, select Geogr. Location and press
the Enter key.
2.
Enter the
Latitude
of the current location and press Enter to continue.
3.
Enter the
Elevation
of the current location and press Enter to save. The g-value will be automatically updated.
