Overview

There are two steps to installing GPSteer - installing the necessary 
hydraulic connections for your tractor model (the hydraulic 
connections required depend on whether you have an open- or 
closed-center hydraulic system) and installing the basic GPSteer 
components.  See “

Chapter 1: Getting Started, Selecting the Correct 

Installation for Your Hydraulic System

” for help with identifying 

whether you have an open- or closed-center system.

After you have installed GPSteer, you must perform a valve test to 
verify that the installation is correct before proceeding to 
calibration.
