Note:
"DIGITAL_ELEMENT_NAMES" consists of the text strings representing the names for
the Relay Word bits from the element store visible to the user, excluding the first 2 front-
panel rows.
where:

are the data values corresponding to the first line labels.
yyyy
is the 4-byte ASCII representation of the hex checksum for the line.
z
is ">" to mark where the event was triggered, "*" to mark the maximum current
for the event, with the "*" overriding the ">"
RLY_BITS
relay element data, in hex ASCII, corresponding to the
DIGITAL_ELEMENT_NAMES
SETTINGS
text refers to the current settings of the relay as described in the event report
section.
