WARNING
Risk of injury when the machine/system moves unexpectedly.
Remove the energy supplies.
Ø
Remove the compressed air hoses.
Ø
Remove the cover (5).
Ø
Mark the installation position of the piston (3/8) and the base
jaws (2) in the housing (50).
Ø
WARNING Risk of injury due to spring forces! The cover is
under spring tension. Carefully disassamble the module.
Clamp
the module between the base jaws (2) and the cover (9) in the
vise such that it is still possible to remove the 4 screws (46).
Ø
Unscrew the screws (46).
Ø
Carefully open the bench vise and remove the cover (9).
Ø
Remove the cylindrical pin (57)
Ø
WARNING Risk of injury due to spring forces! The cylinder pin
is under spring tension. Carefully disassamble the
module.
Mark the installation position of the piston (10) and the
housing (50).
Ø
Clamp the module between the base jaws (2) and the cylinder
pin (10)
Ø
Unscrew the screw nut (13).
Ø
Carefully open the bench vise to remove the surface tension of
the pressure spring (25).
Ø
Remove the cylinder piston (10) out of the housing (50).
Ø
Remove the distance bolts (25) from the housing (50).
Ø
Press the piston (3/8) upwards and out of the housing (50).
Ø
Pull the base jaws (2) out of the housing (50).
