4.7 Adjustment and replacement of shock absorbers
The shock absorbers are installed at the factory and are adjusted
for safe operation at maximum load.
NOTE
To achieve the optimal cycle time the adjustment of the shock
absorbers must be adapted to the operating situation (load, travel,
etc.)
4.7.1 Adjustment of shock absorbers
The shock absorbers can be adjusted in installed state. Re-
adjustment of the end positions is not necessary.
• The horizontal end positions have been set

CAUTION
The vertical stop of the unit is the sleeve.
Never unscrew the shock absorber so far that it extends past the
sleeve.

Unscrew the front cover plate from the cover.
Loosening the lock nut
Ø
Loosen the lock nut on the shock absorber.
Ø
Turn shock absorber to the desired position.
Ø
Tighten lock nut.
