Swivel - Side 2
The swivel feeds the wire to the individual
processing stations, depending on the selec-
ted order data.
After the processing steps stored in the
order have been carried out, the wire is
either fed to the tilting tray or transferred to
the depositing gripper.

Deposit Gripper
The depositing gripper takes over the finish-
ed wire from the swivel side 2 and drops it in
a controlled manner in the tilting tray.
The dispersion of wire ends, the formation of
tangles and waves, and wires outside the tilt-
ing tray are reduced to a minimum.
The depositing quality is thereby massively
increased.

Conveyor belt
The conveyor belt collects the finished wires.
The conveyor belt can be combined with
extension modules and thus even long wires
can be produced.
The extraction tray takes the last batch pro-
duced.
