Mount the guide tubes
At least one set of guides is required for the production of wires with the CrimpCenter.
Choosing the right set depends on the following factors.
CrimpCenter type
Wire type
Wire diameter
When selecting the right set for your application, your local Schleuniger representative will
be happy to help.
Overview - Guides
Below we show you the different parts of a guide tube set for your CrimpCenter.
We have marked the position on each guide where you will find the diameter of the
guides.
Guide - Inlet
(Inlet guide tubes)
This guide is inserted before the wire feed
belts.
Guide - Block
(Guide block)
This guide is inserted after the wire feed
belts.
Guide - Swivel
(Guide tube set - Swivel)
This guide is inserted after the encoder and
guided to the head of the swivel.
Guide - Outlet
(Outlet guide tube)
This outlet guide tube is mounted at the end
of the swivel arm.
