PROCESSING EDITOR
8.4.1
Overview
The way in which the CoaxCenter 6000 processes a certain type of raw materials is defined in the Pro-
cessing. The processing describes in detail, how the machine has to produce a certain raw material
type. This is determined by data such as processing speed, incising depth, way back, air jet, utilized
blades etc.
Functional overview of the individual tabs:
Tab Functions Description
Feeding Feeding unit Settings which concern the raw material feeding on
the feeding belts (speed, acceleration, deceleration).
Swivel unit Swivel unit axis Settings which concern the swivel arm movement
and positioning on the stations (speed, acceleration,
deceleration, cable overhang).
Rotary incising unit Rotary incising
unit
Settings which concern the stripping of the individu-
al layers with the rotary incising unit (speed, accelera-
tion, deceleration, offset).
Cutting V-blades cutting
unit
Settings which concern the cutting through of the
raw material by the blades of the cutting unit (speed,
blade gap)
Options Post processing
devices
Settings which concern the post processing devices
like stacker, collector.

Feeding
Concerns all settings for the forth and back-feeding of the raw material by the feeding belts during
the feeding to the grippers of the swivel arm and the blades.
