Positioning / mounting / switch-on

Place the machine on its place on a flat sur-
face.

Place the machine in the room, so that the
air exhaust, the power disconnecter

and
the access to the emergency stop button

is not blocked.

Adjust the high-adjustable stand feet in a
way that the machine is placed properly on
the floor and horizontally exactly aligned.

Connect the power cord

to the mains.

Switch on the power disconnecter

Connect the machine to the compressed air
supply

. Adjust the compressed air valve
on the maintenance unit to 6 bar (0.6 MPa).

Move the safety cover up via the
[OPEN]
key

Turn off the machine on the mains discon-
necter.

Remove the other transportation locks
(foam parts) inside the machine, which fix-
ate the axes.
10.
▹
Carefully observe that the swivel arm units
is moving freely.
11.
▹
Take out the stacker unit from the accesso-
ries box and hook in on the right side of the
CoaxCenter 6000 .
12.
▹
Fixate the stacker unit with the locking lev-
er.
