Crimp station:
With the crimp station, the partially produced article is completed with crimp terminals on one or two
sides. The gripper positions the article to the crimping station and then the terminal is attached.

Wire bundler
The wire bundler is intended for picking up the
produced articles. The gripper of the swivel arm
unit deposits the produced article on the picker

of the bundler and releases it. The picker
pushes down the article into the bundler base

The amount of articles depends on the diame-
ter.
For removing the collected articles, push the
lever

down by hand.
On the side there is as mentioned in the over-
view an additional compressed air valve

where the contact pressure of the picker is
adjusted.

The CoaxCenter 6000 is connected to the local mains supply through the power cord on the left of the
machine.
USB connector
For the data backup and restore of settings and for loading a new software update there is on the
right of the operating unit a slot for connecting an USB memory stick. The USB connector is covered
with a safety sheet which must be removed before use.
Generally only the supplied data storage media from
Schleuniger should be used, see „Parts catalog“ .
Other products may lead to data loss!
