Production speed dial
Via this dial, the drive motors can synchronous
be slowed during operation. The production
speed can also be changed, even during the
production.
The speed can be set in the range 0 bis 100 %. In
the user level “Operator”, this value is set fixed to 100 %.
Mainly this function is used for setting up the machine to monitor the procedures thereby.
The set-up production speed is displayed in the header line on the touch screen.
Key switch Ethernet
The Ethernet control can be locked against inad-
vertent manipulation by the key switch con-
tained in the accessories.
Cover safety switch
The safety switch is coupled with the safety cov-
er. The production cannot be started if the safe-
ty cover is open.
If the operator opens the safety cover during
production, a safe stop is initiated. The machine
stops the production immediately.
The safety cover switch must not be bypassed.
Operating unit control software
All operating elements for the production and the programming of articles are located on the touch
screen of the operating unit.
The operating unit can be adjusted to the required height and the lighting condition via the lever on
the backside.
The operating unit contains a slot for the USB memory stick where the programmed article data can
be stored. Via the USB connector, additionally a software upgrade ca be carried out.
On the rear there is a slot for a CFast type memory card, where additional data can be saved.
