CoaxCenter 6000
Mains fuse
The fuse holders on the left of the machine con-
tains two mains fuses for the mains circuit pro-
tection.
The mains fuse is a safety element which only
reacts in special emergency cases (e.g. short cir-
cuit, lightning, over current). For the fuse values,
Emergency stop button
Immediately operate the red emergency stop
button in an emergency case.
The emergency stop button cuts immediately
any supplied energy to the drives (axes). For this,
push the red button fully down until it snaps in.
To disengage, turn it.
All values entered while programming, are held in memory as the power to the software system is not
interrupted thereby.
After the activation of the emergency stop button, wait at least 3 seconds, as the immediate switch-
ing on of the machine may lead to malfunction.
NOTICE
Do not use the emergency stop button for normal system stop!
Disregarding may lead to property damage on the product.
Use the emergency stop button only in an emergency cases.
Safety cover open/close
Through the two arrow keys
[OPEN]
and
[CLOSE]
, the safety cover can pneumatically be
moved up or down.
The safety cover prevents the user to touch
moving components like blades, feeding belts
and movable wire guides during production. There is a risk of injury inside! Opening the safety cover
is recognized by a safety switch. All power to the drives is cut immediately when opening it. Produc-
tion cannot be continued then.
The safety cover ensures a safe and secure operation of the machine.
Tower light
The tower light is an option and is used to indicate the operation state of the machine.
The tower light functions based on the regulations EN60204-1.
The following operation states are available:
