CoaxCenter 6000
4. The material is positioned on the
Q-Cam 360
(side one), scanned via a 3D-shot and analyzed
(stripping length, stripping quality, incision depth).
5. The material is handed over to the cutting unit, fed and then cut to the correct length.
6. The same raw material now is hold by the gripper (side 2) and from the opposite end positioned
on the rotary incising unit (side 2) for stripping.
7. Simultaneously the next raw material is catched by the gripper (side 1) and processed according
step 3.
8. Likewise the first produced article is positioned on the
Q-Cam 360
(side 2) for scanning.
9. The first article is handed over to the stacker or collected in the optional collector station.
5.1.2
Base unit / options
The base unit consists of the following components:

Feeding unit with belts:
Feeding of raw material to gripper and cutting unit.
■
Duplex swivel unit with grippers:
Feeding of raw material to the individual stations
■
Cutting unit with V-blades and air jet unit:
Cutting-through the raw material and blow-off of
waste piece.
■
Stacker:
Depositing of produced articles as batches.
■
Control compartment and operating unit:
Control/monitoring of base machine and stations
Additionally the following stations and other equipment can be added:
■
Rotary incising unit:
Stripping of raw material on individual layers.
■
Q-Cam 360:
Photographic 3D-inspection of the produced articles (stripping length, -quality, inci-
sion depth, visual inspection of shield).
■
Crimp station
: Crimp terminal tight fit to the produced article at the same procedure step one- or
both side.
■
Collector station:
Collecting the produced articles in bunches.
■
Wire straightener:
Simplifies the raw material feeding when the to be processed material is
deformed or if it is extremely rigid (solid wires).
■
Bloc blades for cutting unit:
Used for stiff conductors.
■
NAS (Network Access Storage) device:
Saving of pictures from the
Q-Cam 360
analysis.
■
Tower light:
Display of the operational state, before, during and after the production.
