Cleaning the housing and the processing area

Machine switched off and unplugged from the mains- and the com-
pressed air supply

Drive the safety cover up.

Switch off and unplug the machine from the mains- and the compressed air supply.

Clean the processing area
4.
▹
Clean the safety cover and the basement
with a soft cloth and a commercially obtain-
able cleaning agent.

Clean the area of the wire straightener,
guides and the feeding unit with a brush
ant possibly with a vacuum cleaner.

Move the to be cleaned modules on the
sliding mechanism for better accessing to
the back.
7.

Clean the processing area (cutting unit,
modules) with a brush ant possibly with a
vacuum cleaner.
8.

Move the appropriate modules via the sliding mechanism into position and fixate.
9.
▹
Connect the machine to the mains and the compressed air supply and switch on.
10.
▹
Drive the safety cover down.
11.
▹
Perform a functional check.
