SYSTEM:
This button is used to access various MVPHD-24 system menus.
Menu:
Display Brightness:
This menu is used to adjust the brightness of the front panel OLED control display.
Use the Knob or +/- buttons to adjust.
Menu:
Video Reference A.R.C.:
This menu is used to select the Aspect Ratio Conversion (A.R.C.) used for the front panel
video display and the composite reference outputs, when the selected
Output Format
is 16x9.
Use the Knob or +/- buttons to adjust.
Menu:
CBVS Vertical Filter:
This menu is used to enable a vertical filter to minimize interlace flicker on composite outputs.
This filter is primarily used when down converting from VGA graphics.
Use the Knob or +/- buttons to adjust.

Update Firmware:
This menu is used to update the MVPHD-24’s firmware from a SD/MMC memory card.

for complete instructions.
To update the firmware, install a memory card containing the update folder on the front panel
of the MVPHD-24 (see section
Installation and Setup
for details).
Press the + and – buttons together to begin the update.
The front panel display will show the progress of the update.
The update should complete in approximately 60 seconds.
Once the update has finished, the MVPHD-24 will automatically re-boot.
Note: Some updates may require additional time to process new firmware files.
After the automatic re-boot, secondary files may begin updating. Check
the front panel display for update status. Once the additional files have
updated, the MVPHD-24 will again automatically re-boot.
Verify that the new version number is displayed on the front panel display’s home screen.
Menu:
System Date & Time:
This menu is used to adjust the system date and time. The MVPHD-24 has a real time clock
that is used when writing files (such as still images) to the SD/MMC memory card. The real
time clock continues running even when the MVPHD-24 is turned off and unplugged (typically
over six weeks without power).
To change the date and time:
Use the + or – buttons to move a cursor, selecting the parameter to be changed.
Use the Knob (rotate) to adjust the parameter.
