General Instructions
To ship the monitor for any reason, follow the instructions in this section.
Pack the monitor carefully. Failure to follow the instructions in this section may result
in loss or damage not covered by the Schiller warranty. If the original shipping carton is
not available, use another suitable carton; North American customers may call Schiller
Technical Services to obtain a shipping carton.
Prior to shipping the monitor, contact your supplier or the Schiller office (Technical
Services Department) for a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. Mark the
shipping carton and any shipping documents with the returned goods authorization
number.
Pack to shipping the monitor, contact your supplier or the Schiller office (Technical
Services Department) for a returned goods authorization number. Mark the shipping
carton and any shipping documents with the returned goods authorization (RGA)
number. Return

by any method that provides proof of delivery.
Returning the ARGUS VCM
Contact Schiller Technical Services Department for shipping instructions, including a
Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unless otherwise instructed by Schiller
Technical Services Department, it is not necessary to return other accessory items with
the monitor. Pack
ARGUS VCM
in its original shipping carton. If the original carton is
not available, use a suitable carton with appropriate packing material to protect it
during shipping.
Repacking In Original Carton
If available, use the original carton and packing materials. Pack the monitor as follows:
1. Place the monitor and, if necessary, accessory items in original packaging.
2. Place in shipping carton and seal carton with packaging tape.
3. Label carton with shipping address, return address and RGA number, if applicable.
