3.13 Filter performance
Ecosine max passive harmonic filters achieve 5% THDi with 6-pulse diode rectifiers under the follow-
ing condition.

Filter is applied to rated voltage and power

THDv <2%, line voltage unbalance <1%
|
5% THDi is not guaranteed for thyristor rectifier application. The performance of the filter is de-
pendent on the firing angle of the thyristors.
