Help system specifically for the hardware. However, the 

Scantron software products that you use with your 

scanner each come with a Help system that includes 

comprehensive information that may help you with your 

hardware issues. Use the Index and Search features in the 

software Help system to find information about how your 

scanner and software work together.

If you are facing a hardware issue, be sure to check the 

software Help system for information before calling 

Scantron Support (within the U.S.) or your local sales
