6. Standards and warranty terms:
a) Standards:
Declaration according to EC Directives
Machine Directive 2006/42/EC
We herewith declare that
the lifting magnets
models SAV 531.01-150, 531.01-300, 531.01-600, 531.01-1200, 531.01-2000
are in conformity with the provisions of the Machinery Directive (Directive 2006/42/EG as amended),
with the harmonised standard UNI EN 13155 and with national implementing legislation.
In case of any modification of the system that has not been coordinated with us, the validity of this
declaration is forfeited. The technical documentation is completely on hand.

b) Warranty terms:
We grant warranty on or products for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty is limited to the
replacement of parts in which a defect was found.
Warranty for all SAV products is exclusively limited to deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany.
In cases of shipment to destinations outside the Federal Republic of Germany, the additional expenses
arising because of the foreign assignment will be charged.
Excluded from warranty are:
- All types of wear and tear resulting from improper application, not observing the instructions provided
by the operating instructions.
