Operations in Online/Offline Mode

Operations in Online/Offline Mode

Online Mode

In Online mode, you can execute the print job.
In the default settings, the product powers on in Online mode.

(1) Change to Offline mode.
(2) Shows the [Shortcut] menu.

You can change various settings during printing by registering them to the [Shortcut] menu in

advance.

Some of the setting items registered to the [Shortcut] menu cannot be changed during

printing, so temporarily change to Offline mode (pause).

•

Some of the setting items registered to the [Shortcut] menu cannot be changed when

there is print data. They can be changed if you access the [Shortcut] menu from the

Settings menu in Offline mode.

•

You can use the [Printing] > [Advanced] > [Start Online] menu in the Settings mode to

set whether the product starts in Online mode or Offline mode when powering on.

Offline Mode

In Offline mode, the print job will stop.
You can adjust the settings registered in the [Shortcut] menu, cancel the print job or feed the media.
