Setting Any Key Answer
This feature allows you to answer incoming calls by pressing any key (except END,
BACK,
softkeys, and side keys).
To activate this feature:

Setting the Side Key Guard
This feature enables you to lock your external keys while the phone is closed.
To activate this feature:

appears on the Sub LCD when you press any side key while the phone is
closed.

To deactivate this feature, select

Note: This feature does not apply when the phone is open.
Setting Abbreviated Dialing
Abbreviated Dialing allows you to dial a number using the last four or five digits of the phone
number. You can use either of the following options for this feature:
•
Ph. Book Match
allows you to retrieve any number saved in your Contacts list by entering
the last three to six digits of the number.
•
Prepend #
allows you to predefine the first five- or six-digit prefix you wish to use for
abbreviated dialing, so that you can dial a number by entering only the last four or five digits
of the number.
To set Abbreviated Dialing:

Select MENU/OK
> Settings > Others > Abbrev. Dial
