PARK AND STORE THE MACHINE
Overnight Storage
1. Park the machine on a flat, level, stable surface away from people, traffic, or other machines.
2. Lower the work equipment to the ground.
3. Move the throttle control dial to MIN (low idle). Run the engine at idle for 5 minutes to cool it down. Extend
this cool-down time in hot weather.
4. Turn the key switch to OFF.
5. With the engine not running and the hydraulic lockout
control lever in the unlocked (open) position (1), turn
the key switch to the ON position and operate all
joysticks and levers to relieve the hydraulic system
pressure.
6. Turn the key switch to the OFF position and remove the
key.
NOTE:
Always remove the key and take it with you,
even when you are leaving the machine for
only a moment. This prevents unauthorized
operation of the machine.
7. Place the hydraulic lockout control lever in the locked
(closed) position.
8. Close and lock the windows.
9. Exit the cab and lock the cab door.
10. Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
11. Fill the fuel tank.
