The Engine and Throttle Signals screen (1) allows the
operator to monitor the status of engine systems.
The SCR regeneration icon (7) indicates the status of the
SCR regeneration cycle. If an SCR regeneration cycle is
required, the icon will blink yellow. See “Selective
Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Manual Regeneration” below.
NOTE:
When the escape mode is initiated, the
engine will recover its normal speed and
power in approximately 30 minutes.
If an engine failure is detected, the escape icon (2) will
blink yellow. The F3 function button (3) can be pressed to
activate the escape function.
1. Press the F1 function button (5) to move to the next
screen.
2. Press the F2 function button (6) to start an SCR
regeneration cycle.
3. Press the F5 function button (4) to return to the Main
Menu screen.
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Manual
Regeneration
To enable the manual stationary regeneration:
1. Check the fuel level. Make sure the machine has adequate fuel to run the engine for at least 45 minutes.
2. Check the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) level. Make sure the machine has adequate fluid to run the engine for at
least 45 minutes.
NOTICE!
The engine speed must be maintained at or below 1400 rpm while the SCR manual
regeneration is underway.
DO NOT turn the engine off during auto or manual regeneration except for an emergency.
Failure to follow this notice could result in machine damage or improper function of the
machine.
