7.1.
System Mounting
In order to adapt the SBOX-7210 for mounting Kontron offers different mounting solutions such as:
SBOX-7210 configuration with a desk stand kit for vertical or horizontal installation on the desktop as desktop
unit
SBOX-7210 configuration with a wall mount kit for vertical installation on a wall / other support surface or
inside a custom enclosure / machine
7.1.1.
Desktop Installation
SBOX-7210 is supplied with a desk stand kit (Figure 8). The kit consists of two stand brackets (Figure 8, pos. 1) with
plastic clips (Figure 8, pos. 3) attached on each and four screws (Figure 8, pos. 2)

4 Push button to lock or unlock desk stand bracket into or from the chassis
5 Screw Hole to secure stand bracket to the chassis by screw
To install the SBOX-7210 please proceed according to the steps described:
1.
Align the tenons (Figure 8, pos. 3) on the desk stand brackets (Figure 8, pos. 1) with the corresponding ventilation
slots on the chassis.
2.
Place the desk stand brackets onto the chassis by putting the tenons into the ventilation slots.
