Step 31
Place the pole-unit in the cross-base channel
so that the mounting bosses are aligned with
both sides of the cross base and the mounting
bracket. See Figure 33.
Step 32
Attach the pole-unit base to the mounting
bracket and both sides of the cross base using
the
B\,
–11 stainless-steel studs furnished. Both
the top and bottom mounting bosses must be
used. Screw each stud until it bottoms, approxi-
mately 8 to 9 turns.
DO NOT
remove the hoist
sling or lifting device from the pole-unit at this
time. See Figure 34.
