Use type of Noise observed (Bars, single lines, video distortion, etc to help.)
•
If noise is only on one half of screen check / swap panel cables.
•
Verify Defective Panel Cables, TV Main Board or Panel.
•
If No Video & Back Lights are OK (on):

Check Status LEDs

If only one is lit replace TV Main Board

If both are off also check SMPS 13Vdc supplies to Board.
