To Remove a DDR SDRAM SODIMM 

1.

  Pull the main module straight out of the slot bay. The SODIMM slot 

location is shown. 

 

2.

  Push the latches at each end of the SODIMM. The module will push out 

of the slot. 

 

3.

  Lift the SODIMM out of the slot. 

 

4.

  Store the SODIMM in an antistatic bag to protect it from ESD damage. 

 

5.

  Replace the main module.
