Private Line Automatic Ringdown (PLAR)
The Ubigate iBG2016 system provide PLAR(Private Line Automatic Ringdown)
and OPX(Off premises extension).
PLAR
PLAR circuits have statically configured endpoints and do not require the user
dialing to connect calls. The PLAR provides a mechanism to create a switched
Voice over IP(VoIP) call without digit dialing.
PLAR OPX
OPX allows remote users on Foreign Exchange Station(FXS) ports to look to
a central PBX like physical extensions. The Ubigate iBG2016 system offer
toll-bypass VoIP services without having the Ubigate iBG2016 system provide
dial-tone or change their existing dial plan. OPX allows stations at remote
sites to look like they are physically connected stations to a PBX.
LVBO (Local Voice Busy Out)
LVBO provides the Ubigate iBG2016 with the ability to monitor the state of
various network interfaces, both LAN and WAN, and busy back the trunk to
the PSTN interface if any of the monitored links should fail.
If an ISDN lines enters a LVBO state, a specific fail code is sent in regard to
the ISDN Inbound Call Attempt to notify a ‘busyout’ status.
For the LVBO, PSTN(FXS, FXO, E & M, T1/E1 CAS) signaling line runs in
the following way.

If a call comes into an analog FXS, a Fast-Busy Tone is sent to indicate that
a relevant line is busy.

In regard to the inbound call attempt such as FXO, E & M, T1-CAS
FXS/FXO/E & M and T1-R1, a Ubigate iBG2016 runs in the way which
enables a remote office to identify that the relevant line is in a ‘Busyout’
status.

Since a block message exists for E1-R2, a block message is sent to a remote
office to block the call attempt by a remote office; and Unblock Message is
sent when LVBO status is released to make the line be in an idle status.
